As our Reporting Analyst you’ll work directly with the Data and Analytics Manager to execute all aspects of reporting and analytics for Farmigo. The Reporting Analyst will also work closely with our marketing, sales, operations, and growth teams, leveraging data to inform strategy, identify inefficiencies, and help grow the business.
Translate requests and requirements from various stakeholders into concise and useful reports and dashboards in Tableau or Excel

Perform ad-hoc data collection and analysis to support strategic decision-making across all teams within the company

Ensure data integrity through data validation of our various data sources

Assist the Data and Analytics Manager with other data-related tasks
Demonstrated success (2-4 years) in utilizing business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, and/or data visualization to answer questions and glean actionable insights.
Direct, professional experience using BI tools (Tableau strongly preferred) and the ability to write SQL queries (bonus points for advanced mySQL knowledge).

Direct, professional experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Expert level knowledge of Excel (PivotTables and Vlookups are second nature).

Familiarity with R, Python,or other data manipulation/statistical languages preferred.

Position: Operations Manager

Reports To: Project Director

Type of Position: Contracted Hourly, Remote

Dates of Work: February 5, 2016 – September 30, 2016 (Approximately 8 months)

Job Description: The Operations Manager is a full-time hourly contract
position responsible for successfully organizing and implementing operations
related to the CDC-funded Community Partnerships for Healthy Mothers and
Children project at the National WIC Association. This project supports 32
local WIC agencies through funding and technical assistance to design and
implement community-driven policy, systems and environment changes to improve
access to healthy foods and beverages as well as chronic disease prevention
and management services.

The Operations Manager will report to the Project Director and liaise with the
Program Managers, Program Associate, Management Development Consultants, and


1. Manages Access database reporting and troubleshooting.

2. Prepares revisions to sub-recipient reports each month in preparation
for data entry into the system.

3. Serves as the primary contact with Management Development Consultants
to coordinate completion of quarterly report reviews and manage NWA responses
to and action items for sub-recipients.

4. Works with Management Development Consultants to implement any new
systems to streamline existing protocols and processes for reporting and
monitoring sub-recipients.

5. Manages all document flow and document organization for the project,
including collecting, filing, and monitoring of such documents.

6. Monitors an on-going inventory for missing documents from sub-
recipients and follows up with sub-recipients for missing items.

7. Assists Director with tracking expenses in Excel spreadsheets.

8. Assists Director with FFR, FSRS and other reporting.

9. Makes travel arrangements for site visits and in-person meetings.

10. Coordinates meeting and webinar logistics.

11. Maintains project calendar.

12. Keeps up-to-date contact list for all sub-contractors and

Qualifications/Requirements: The incumbent will hold a Bachelor’s degree and a
minimum of 5 years of experience working in project management and/or grant
operations management. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, impeccable
organizational skills, and good oral and verbal communications skills.
